'Tis the Season! ...For Free Shipping Too 12/05/2010
I admit that this is my favorite time of the year. Maybe the exhilarating first days of summer and the crisp first days of fall can compete, but the holiday season is by far the best period in my book. 'Tis the season to give, laugh, love, cherish and of course drink hot cocoa- no matter the holiday you celebrate come December. I myself am a Christmas girl and don't need much more than a fireplace, hot cup of tea and fuzzy socks to make me happy these days. In this most joyful of seasons Storia is offering free shipping on all orders made through the official shop, no matter the size, to all addresses within the US and Canada. Through the Etsy Shop all feather danglers and cuff bracelets have zero shipping within the US and Canada. On top of all this fabulous holiday giving, we are rewarding multiple item orders with even better deals. For all orders through the official shop AND the Etsy Shop of two items or more you will be reimbursed 20% the total within 24 hours of your purchase, directly to your credit card. So go ahead and knock out two or three gifts at the same time... and earn more time to spend in front of the fire. Add Comment Happy Birthday to US! 10% Sales All Around. 11/02/2010

(We all love giveaways, don't try to hide it.) Here it is: The Storia Project Review on The Life Of A Coast Guard Wife First Etsy Sale & The Fun That Never Ends 10/25/2009
Yesterday I sold my first trucker on Etsy! I was so excited that I started screaming and I spent a good couple minutes jumping up and down like a little girl with Federico (mostly just me jumping- him staring). He asserted that if we didn't celebrate immediately it would "porta male" (bring bad luck) so, as you can imagine, we took care of that really quickly and had a couple glasses of wine in that very moment. I've only had my shop up for four days and already I have to work out shipping details. My work is starting to keep me on my toes and I like it! Yesterday was also my dad's birthday. We've lived across the Atlantic from each other for over six years so I have had to become more and more creative with finding new ways to send my birthday wishes. This year I made a powerpoint presentation with a type of birthday card message, lots of inside jokes, and tons of hilarious photos. What came out in the end was something that (in my humble opinion) was very awesome. I was so incredibly proud of myself. The problem was that I'm a bit technology stupid so I spent half the day trying to send it to him. So, between celebrating the hat sale and continuing to upload (slowly) more items on Etsy I was also trying everything known to the email/social network/blogging world to deliver the movie to my dad. Ah, the fun never ends... | What's in, what's new and what's up.
This blog is a little more intimate look at the life behind Storia- my life and the lives of those who have helped Storia rock on into the future. With every idea and project that becomes realized we seem to think of five new ones to pursue. Needless to say, we're looking forward to creating and sharing more storie as this adventure unfolds. Daily adventures, that's our thing. ArchivesSettembre 2011 CategoriesAll |
